Equipment Check-out Policies:

• Between 8am - 3pm
• 4 hour time limit or back by 3pm (whichever is sooner)
• One possible 2 hour extension if back before 3pm.
• No more than 1 piece of equipment per project
• EWU ID must be shown at checkout.
• A STF loan agreement form must be filled out and renewed each year at the library.
• NO equipment may be checked out without this form on file.
• If a person has more than $100.00 in library fines, NO equipment can be checked out. Please pay at the library

Overnight Checkout:

• Can pickup equipment after 3:30pm. Please tell us if picking up after 4:30pm.
• Waitlisted reservations can pick up after 4:30pm.

All equipment DUE BACK at 9:00am the next business day.

JFK Library

Currently enrolled students who have paid their tech fee may check out laptops and media equipment in the Library.

MARS Multimedia Lab

The Mars lab has the following equipment available for checkout: laptops, wireless cards, office software, full multimedia software suite, digital cameras, digital camcorders, external hard drives and underwater cameras.
