EagleCard Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Special arrangements can be made for groups not available to the Cheney campus during these hours of operation.
The EagleCard is a multifunctional smart card serving a variety of purposes to support your life experience at Eastern Washington University. All students, faculty and staff should have an EagleCard for identification purposes. This improves the level of access to services, reduces the need for cash, and enhances your security and safety. Remember to take it everywhere with you while on campus.
The EagleCard is the property of Eastern Washington University and is non-transferable. Use of the EagleCard may be revoked at the University's sole discretion for violation of University policies and procedures. Faculty and staff must relinquish the card upon separation from the University. The EagleCard is to be used only by the person to whom it is issued and will be confiscated if presented by someone other than the cardholder.

Care of Your Card
Treat the card as you would a credit card. Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed cards will result in a $25 card replacement charge. Please follow these guidelines:
- Keep track of your card.
- Don't loan your card to any person for any reason. Use of someone else's card, even if they gave you permission, is considered misuse and the card will be confiscated.
- Do not use the card as a ruler. The ink sticks to your card and may cause a chip reader failure.
- Extreme temperatures may damage your card. It's not an ice scraper. It shouldn't be left on your dash board in 100 degree heat.
- Do not bend cards. Remember that pockets bend cards.
- No stickers. Stickers cause your card to get stuck in and damage machines.
Manufacturer defects will be repaired or replaced at no charge to you. User damage will be charged the $25 replacement fee. We take cash, credit/debit cards, and checks.
