A: Your dining points are automatically loaded into your account, usually the weekend before the quarter starts.
A: You can add more money to your dining account at the Dining office with cash, checks, or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Parents can call the dining office at 509.359.2540 or the EagleCard office 509.359.6184 with credit card and personal information.
*There is no system to add money online.
A: The dining points (Ála Carte points) will transfer quarter to quarter, until end of the Spring quarter, as long as you are living in the residence halls. At the end of Spring quarter, any dining points are forfeited.
A: If a student leaves the housing system during the quarter, the student will not receive a refund of the Dining overhead charge (students will pay the quarterly dining overhead charge), however, the student is allowed to use the remaining dining points until the end of the current quarter. Upon cancellation of Housing/Dining contract, students will be responsible for all housing and dining usage as defined by the EWU Housing published refund policy.
A: You have two options.
Option 1: Sell points to your friend. Your friend will pay $5 transaction fee. The dining points must be transferred from your dining account to your friend's dining account at the Dining office. Points cannot transfer to a Flex account.
Option 2: Use dining points to purchase items at the Eagle Express Market and stock up or send your friends some gifts through the Thinking of You gift program.
